All in all, it is wonderful base for staying in Tulum. Not too far away from Cesiak, walkable.

We loved this nice accommodation. Private parking was available nearby. The view to the garden was great. Relaxed on its balcony with a couch and a seating area, had a cup of tea.

Wi-fi was rather slow.
